What Notesynth is
Notesynth helps teams capture UX research notes and spot patterns across participants and steps.
Using the service
You must be legally allowed to agree to these terms. Keep your account details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
What you must not do
- Break the law or use the service to harm others.
- Try to disrupt or overload the service.
- Access data that is not yours.
- Copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the product beyond what law allows.
- Upload content you do not have rights to use.
Your content
Your content stays yours. You give us permission to host, store, and process it so we can run and improve Notesynth.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and use your content.
Our intellectual property
The Notesynth software, brand, and related materials belong to Good Garb LLC or our licensors.
No warranties
Notesynth is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise it will always be perfect, uninterrupted, or fit every use case.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example lost profits, lost data, or business interruption).
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability is capped at the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnity
If your use of Notesynth causes a claim against us, you agree to cover related costs, losses, and expenses, to the extent allowed by law.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if needed for legal, security, or operational reasons. You can stop using Notesynth at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Wyoming law and applicable US federal law. Disputes must be brought in Wyoming state courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will post the updated version and effective date. Continuing to use Notesynth means you accept the updated terms.
